Meet the renewable energy team on August 28th in Harborough
The renewable energy team from Lewington’s will be available to answer questions on Harborough Square on Saturday August 28th. Using a special display unit from Worcester Bosch. They will be able to give you examples of work they have carried out in the local area and answer questions about the potential costs and savings of different kinds of renewable energy including solar energy, ground source heating and air source heating.
In the past it has generated town centre a great deal of interest from shoppers in Market Harborough who want to find out more about whether it is worth while from a financial point of view to switch to greener sources of energy.

Solar panel installation in Medbourne leicestershire. We installed two worcester bosch solar panels on the south facing roof and a twin coiled copper cylinder in the airing cupboard. The installation will supply the customer with the majority of their hot water for free during the year giving an expected pay back of around 10 years. It took three days to put in.

Solar panels in corby Northamptonshire,. We installed two Worcester Bosch Greenskies solar panels to the south facing roof of this bungalow. This will now supply the customer with at least 70% of their hot water for the year. The installation took two days in total. This is backed up by a Worcester Bosch Greenstar condensing gas boiler rated over 90% efficient providing the heating. The customer is now benefitting from lower fuel bills and producing a lot less CO2 emmissions. This installation comprised of 2x Worcester Bosch flat panel collectors and a new albion twin coiled hot water cylinder. The location is in a village called Wing in Rutland, after just a few days the customers are already very impressed with the system and workmanship. We also replaced their old oil boiler a few months ago for a new Worcester Bosch Condensing model.
